The 9th grantee meeting will be held November 2-3, 2017 at University of California Washington Center (UCDC), 1608 Rhode Island Avenue, NW in Washington, DC.
Meeting Registration
Attendees of the Latino SPNS 9th Grantee Meeting are strongly encouraged to register for the meeting. Registration information is used to assist in the planning of meeting events, catering, and in the preparation of meeting materials by the ETAC.
Hotel Reservations
The ETAC is holding a block of rooms at the prevailing per diem rate* at the Kimpton Rouge Hotel,1315 16th Street NW, Washington DC, 20036. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes. The reservation group cutoff date is Monday, October 2, 2017. The hotel’s reservation department can be reached at 1-800-738-1202. Rooms can be booked online by clicking here. Attendees who wish to extend their stay past normal check‐out on Friday, November 3, 2017 must reserve their rooms at their own expense.
* The per diem rate for 2016 was $182.00. When the per diem rate for 2017 is announced, the hotel will update the rate.
