Meeting Information

The final grantee meeting will be held on June 28-29, 2018 at 5600 Fisher's Lane, Rockville MD 20857.

On both days of the meeting, please allow time to go through security.

  • Day 1 begins at 9:30 am in Conference Room 5N54. This day is for project staff only and will include staff from the demonstration sites, the ETAC, and HRSA POs.
  • Day 2 begins at 9 am in the Pavilion room 5A02/5A03. This day is open to all HRSA staff as well as the demonstration sites and the ETAC.

Registration

Attendees of the Latino SPNS 10th Grantee Meeting are strongly encouraged to register for the meeting. Registration information is used to assist in the planning of meeting events, catering, and in the preparation of meeting materials by the ETAC.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are now available for the Final Grantee Meeting taking place June 28-29, 2018 in Rockville, MD. Getting There

By plane

  • Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is a 45 minute drive from Rockville. It is also accessible via ICC Bus 201.
  • Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) is a 30 minute drive from Rockville and is accessible via the Metrorail.
  • Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is a 35 minute drive from Rockville but takes significantly longer using public transportation.

By Metrorail

Rockville is accessible on the Red Line of the Metrorail

  • To get to the Even Hotel Rockville, take the Red Line to the Twinbrook Metro Station. Use the Rockville Pike Westside station exit and walk approximately 0.2 miles to the hotel.

  • To get to 5600 Fishers Ln, take the Red Line to Twinbrook Metro Station. Use the Rockville Pike Eastside station exit and walk approximately 0.5 miles to the HRSA Headquarters.

By MARC Train

MARC Train, Brunswick line, offers service to/from Union Station in Washington DC as well as service to/from Gaithersburg, Germantown, Frederick, and Harpers Ferry.

By bus

Ride-on-Bus and MetroBus operate service between Rockville and other locations in Montgomery County, including Bethesda, Silver Spring, and Wheaton.

By car

  • Rockville is accessible via Interstate 270, which links I-70 with I-495, the Capital Beltway.
  • Maryland Route 355, known as Hungerford Drive in the downtown area, Frederick Road to the north, and Rockville Pike to the south, is the most important north-south thoroughfare in Rockville.
  • Downtown Rockville lies near the nexus of Route 355 with Maryland Route 28, called Montgomery Avenue to the west of the intersection.
  • Maryland Route 586, Veirs Mill Road, connects downtown Rockville to Wheaton to the southeast.
  • Route 189, Falls Road, runs southwest to its terminus at Great Falls.
